Wowwowohwow. The first track from MGMT's sophomore record, Congratulations, has hit the interwebs and holy shit is it good. Gone is the glow-fi of their debut, Oracular Spectacular, and in its place is some kind of psychedelic Syd Barrett-era Pink Floyd-esque mind trip complete with constant shifting and... flutes (FLUTES!).
